You paste your real CV and the URL of a real job posting — we scrape that posting into a dossier — and the questions come from where the two overlap, not a generic bank. You pick the interviewers you want to face: HR, Technical, Manager, Executive. Then you run a live session out loud. The interviewer listens, follows up on what you actually said, and lets you interrupt and recover the way a real person would. Afterward you get feedback linked to evidence across four dimensions — content, communication and delivery, structure, and pressure response — each note pinned to the exact moment in your own session, plus a score you can track as you practice. The whole point is to rehearse the pressure by voice, not to click through a quiz.
